FYBRON 8 wave

The "FYBRON"’s carbon monocoque frame promises minimal weight and maximum riding stability. The top-of-the-line model is the "FYBRON 8," which takes lightweight construction to the extreme, thanks in part to the components used. In addition to the main frame, the Crank, Handlebar, Stem, and Seatpost are also made of composite material.

A weight of around 24 kg is therefore an impressive figure, considering that the “PowerTube 750” Battery alone weighs 4.4 kg. Weight is also saved in other areas: super-light tubes and lightweight MTB tires with a tread designed for exceptionally low rolling resistance further reduce the total weight.

In addition to the weight savings, however, the carbon frame naturally offers another distinct advantage: thanks to the absence of visible joints—unlike on welded aluminum frames—its design is seamless and organic. It appears as if cast from a single piece. This effect is further emphasized on all “FYBRON” models by the paint finish. The main frame color—wheat beige in the case of the “FYBRON 8”—features a color gradient. The paint becomes darker the further down the frame you go. This effect is further accentuated by the matte black accent strip that runs from the head tube down the down tube and back up to the seat tube.

In real-world riding, the carbon overlander is more than impressive. The crisp derailleur shifts through the twelve gears with sporty agility. The air-sprung FOX AWL (Adventure without Limits) 100 mm fork was developed specifically for use on fully equipped SUV e-bikes and responds with exceptional sensitivity.

The 120 lux output of the LED Front Light allows you to extend your ride well into the darkness. A special highlight: the Front Light features a high-beam function that can be activated at the touch of a button on the Handlebars, which significantly improves visibility at night.

Incidentally, the maximum permissible weight for the FYBRON series is 140 kg. All three models are available in two Frame versions. As with all new Victoria models, the Bosch PowerTube battery—integrated into the down tube—can be removed from the top, but it can of course also be charged directly in the bike while installed.
