"MANOC 3" utilises the Shimano Nexus 5, a hub gear system with a five-increment gearbox designed specifically for pedelecs. This system is available as a coaster or freewheel model. The rider can also opt for another brake in addition to the two hydraulic disc brakes. In any case, the gear speeds are transmitted onto the rear wheel via a Gates CDX timing belt.
The BOSCH Smart System supports the rider’s step power – in this model with the
Performance CX motor and the PowerTube 625 battery pack. Any additional information not displayed on the Kiox 300 colour display, can be gleaned via the eFlow Bike app on any smartphone. Additional apps like Komoot or Strava can use that data for navigation or tour planning.
