Long-distance tourer
The "eTrekking 11.8" combines a dynamic drive with sporty riding comfort and is therefore suitable for long tours and commuter routes. The aluminum frame, which is geared towards the riding style, accommodates the long-distance-capable, 625 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery directly in the frame. Underneath, in the bottom bracket area, the Bosch Performance CX with its new 85 Nm of power fits in seamlessly. The robust 5-speed Inter-5 hub gear system from Shimano, specially designed for e-bikes, assists with the drive and selection of the desired cadence.
The carbon fiber-reinforced belt drive from Gates requires even less maintenance than the gears. Unlike a chain, it is completely lubrication-free, durable and runs extremely quietly. The BR-MT200 hydraulic Disc Brakes from Shimano, with their high braking forces that are always easy to adjust, are a perfect match for the dynamic riding style and low-maintenance equipment.
If the tour with the "eTrekking 11.8" also takes you off the beaten track, the adjustable SR Suntour Suspension Fork (63 mm travel) and suspension seatposts reliably get to work. They are supported by the suitably profiled Marathon GT Tour Tires from Schwalbe.
